At Maznek Septic Services, we understand the urgency of solving a septic problem quickly. If our 24 hour emergency septic services cannot remedy the situation, it’s quite possible the septic system – or part of it – will need to be replaced.
Septic system installations have an urgency all their own. As permitted septic installers in the state of New Hampshire, and having been in the construction industry for nearly 40 years, we can appreciate the need to expedite a septic system installation for our clients who are displaced from their home because of a failed septic. We work as quickly as possible to get a septic plan designed and approved by the state so we can start the installation of the new septic system – and help you get back to life as normal.
Once the septic design and approval process is completed, we place a priority on installing the new system:
- pump out existing tank
- remove the tank or reuse
- dig out and haul away contaminated soil
- set elevation benchmarks
- install new drain field
- schedule state and local inspections
- loam, grade and seed over drain field area and tank
Maznek Septic Service installs only stone and pipe drain field systems or chamber systems. If there is adequate space, stone and pipe drain fields are the best option. This type of septic leach field is the tried-and-true standard lasts longer than most modern systems. For commercial locations with setback limitations, a concrete chamber septic system can be installed under a parking lot. We can install other types of chamber systems as well. We do not install Enviroseptic systems, as they require special licensing from the manufacturer.
Maznek Septic Service provides a one-year warranty on our septic system installations, provided that owner of the new septic system follows best care practices. Regardless of warranty, we are always there for our customers. In the septic services business, we recognize that customer loyalty and reputation is everything. We’re in it for the “long haul!”
