Larry Maznek

Founder & President

Larry brings nearly 40 years of construction and septic experience to Maznek Septic Services. A licensed designer, installer, and certified evaluator, he leads the company with precision and integrity. As a member of the NH State Water Council, Larry provides insight to lawmakers on how to improve the industry and the environment regarding septic issues.

When he’s not in the field, Larry enjoys boating on Lake Winnipesaukee, tackling small home remodeling projects, or flying his Cessna 172 around New Hampshire skies.

Patrice Maznek

Chief Financial Officer

Patrice brings over 30 years of administrative and paralegal experience to her role as Chief Financial Officer at Maznek Septic Services. Since joining the company in 2015, she has managed finances, operations, and client relations with professionalism and enthusiasm.

A proud Gold Star mother and passionate supporter of veterans, Patrice serves on the board of Veterans Count. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, golfing, restoring antique furniture, singing, and cheering on her favorite New England sports teams.

Marcus Adams

Operations & Quality Director

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran with more than 20 years of experience in instrumentation, logistics, and systems maintenance, Marcus brings a disciplined, solutions-driven approach to Maznek Septic. Since joining the team in 2024, he has led efforts to modernize operations, enhance quality control, and improve customer experience.

A licensed New Hampshire Septic Evaluator and Certified Quality Inspector, Marcus combines technical expertise with practical innovation. Outside of work, he enjoys flying, basketball, and designing custom tools for his team.

Greg Scott

Septic Technician & Evaluator

Greg Scott is a licensed New Hampshire Septic Evaluator and U.S. Army veteran who brings discipline, strength, and a customer-first attitude to every job. Since joining Maznek Septic in 2019, he has become a key member of the team, known for his problem-solving skills and dependable service.

Greg’s background in logistics and CDL operations gives him a deep understanding of fieldwork. Outside of work, he enjoys football, staying active, and spending time with his family.

Chad Mitchum

Septic Technician & Evaluator

Originally from South Carolina, Chad Mitchum joined Maznek Septic in 2024 and quickly earned a reputation for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude. As a licensed New Hampshire Septic Evaluator and Commercial Driver, Chad takes pride in doing every job right and ensuring customers receive top-quality service.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering in his community, supporting youth baseball, and cheering for his beloved Clemson Tigers.

Michael Eldridge

Septic Technician & Evaluator

Michael Eldridge, a Concord, New Hampshire native, is Maznek Septic’s go-to pump specialist, bringing a strong technical background and hands-on expertise to every project. With experience in electrical systems, welding, and fabrication, along with his work as a heavy equipment operator, Michael plays a critical role in diagnosing issues and ensuring systems run efficiently and reliably.

Known for his precision and problem-solving mindset, Michael is a valuable part of the Maznek team. Outside of work, he enjoys attending country music concerts and spending time with his two one-year-old black Labs.
