Real Estate Septic Inspections
At Maznek Septic Services, we specialize in certified septic inspections for real estate transactions.
While septic evaluations aren’t required by New Hampshire law, most lenders require them before approving a mortgage. Hiring a qualified professional helps protect your investment.
“As a first time home buyer I felt relieved to work with a family-run business who really knows what they are doing. I would highly recommend Maznek for any septic services you may need!“
